Leadership is giving your experience to youth to form their encompass that is based on high level values. Then empowering them to take their own decisions in a way that fosters the organization and achieves the strategic objectives.

Being available as a mentor who is always ready to help and guide is very important to have sustainable growth on both the organization level and the human individual level.
